The winery is located in the village of Agios Konstantinos on the southeastern slope of Mount Papoutsa.
It was created in 2018 by agriculturist Andreas Evangelou, who was born and raised in Agios Konstantinos from an agricultural family and is a fourth generation winegrower.
After finishing his studies at the Faculty of Agriculture of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, he decided to engage in the production of Commandaria.
For better management of the vineyards and the quality upgrade of the command, he invested in the agricultural drone market and is one of the first to implement precision viticulture.
Since 2021, he has turned the vineyards into organic, in order to protect the ecosystem.
The vineyards are located at an altitude of 820 – 920 meters, with south, southeast and southwest orientation.
